This morning (Tuesday) my wife and I both checked our phones to see how much credit we had left. Like most people here, we rely completely on our cell phones for communication because we have no land lines. Also like most people here, we are on pay-as-you-go plans. My wife had about 50 cents left and I had $1.50. Ouch. "Well," I said, "I guess we had better pray for bonus soon." I have to confess that I didn't actually pray. I thought about it, but didn't do it.
Nevertheless, God answered my unprayed prayer. This afternoon I got a text saying that today is a 100% bonus day, so my wife and I both topped up. It's a small thing, but paying 10 cents per minute for my calls rather than 20 cents per minute adds up quickly!
